You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)

Due to hygiene reasons, used styling tools cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
